Even though having my "day" meant that my To Do list didn't get done, it's OK. I know that without owning my anger, I would have let it fester. I would have eventually blown up over something that I wasn't even concerned about. And, my To Do list still wouldn't have gotten done because I would have been too angry to do it. I am ready to tackle my day now with a whole different outlook. A positive outlook, and not one I have to fake.
