I feel like we pack so much into the last three hours of the day that the kids go to bed feeling rushed. Even though we have a set bedtime routine that is very calming (reading), I can't help but to feel that all the activity before that last 15 minutes of the night doesn't allow them to get as good of quality sleep as more down time would. But how do we fit that in? Really, that's my question. How can I make the last little bit of our day calmer? Any suggestions or sharing your evening routines, would be greatly appreciated.
